hi everyone!
back on track after a 3 day weekend, well kind of a 4 day weekend for me, i had the stomach flu and called in sick on friday. it sucked.
stayed low carb all weekend except sunday, drank beers and had some ice cream. but not so bad! i feel good today and the pants i wore 2 weeks ago to D's graduation are loose and feeling good. when i wore them to the graduation they were tight...and i definitely had a muffin top hiding under my blousy shirt. today they were nice and loose and no muffin top! maybe they stretched out but whatever, it was a nice feeling!
i got to the gym today and did weights and 25 mins on the elliptical. i may be just imagining it but i moved my arm back when i was looking in the mirror and i saw a little muscle growing! how awesome is that?
going to try to do no/low carb this week again. it wasnt hard and really worked.

yay you did so good this weekend. that is awesome that your pants feel better what a great feeling. you should try weight watchers. it is so easy to stick to,and you don't have to not eat a certain type of food. it rocks. :)
oh my god, i eat like 200g of carbs a day. how do you do it?
