hi everyone!! not sure if anyone is still following my blog. i definitely fell off the wagon but i've been back on for the last month. but i'm in "fit into my wedding dress" mode now and i feel great!!

4.7 - 30 min elliptical, 5 min rowing machine, 5 min abs
4.8 - 25 min elliptical, 2 min treadmill
4.9 - 30 min tennis
4.10 - 25 min elliptical, 20 min treadmill hills
4.13 - 32 min treadmill walk
4.14 - 34 min run/walk
4.15 - 20 min weights, 30 min elliptical
4.16 - 45 min treadmill hills
4.20 - 45 min elliptical
4.21 - 65 min treadmill (26 min interval run)
4.22 - 35 min elliptical hills, 10 min treadmill interval run, 23 mins weights
4.23 - 45 min elliptical
4.27 - 35 min elliptical, 10 min treadmill walk
4.28 - 68 min elliptical, 20 min treadmill, 60 min zumba class after work
4.29 - 103 mins: 38 min treadmill hills, 65 min elliptical, arm weights
good, huh? i haven't been posting because work has been crazy and frankly i just haven't felt like i have much to say. i'm in a wedding next friday and i've really upped my workouts this week (twice a day the last two days) and added in fitness classes to my routine. hopefully i can drop some LBS...my sister and i are doing zumba or spin class tonight, depending on when she gets home.
