can you tell i'm excited for the weekend? i'm stoked. tommorow night i'm driving down south to my mom's house to see her before leaving saturday morning to go further south to the beach for yet another bachelorette party. don't get me wrong, i love them but they definitely are a huge to-do. my plan is to have saturday be a semi-cheat day. im going to eat healthy breakfast and lunch and then maybe cheat a teeny bit saturday night as far as food. my flex points are going to be used for drinks on saturday night too. sunday will be the ride back home so i should be fine. gonna try to stick to low point snacks and lots of water to rehydrate. i'm excited though.
scale was down today! i've officially lost 4 lbs since last monday (almost 2 weeks ago) and my clothes feel so much better. i'm ready to get the next 10 lbs off but i know it will take time. :) it's just nice to be back in a semi-comfortable weight zone.
heading to the gym in a bit for strength training and a little bit of cardio. i'm reading "straight talking" by jane green. so far so good. any good chick lit recommendations are greatly appreciated :)
tonight D and i are going for appetizers but we will probably just get potstickers and i'm only have 2. and then a salad, dressing on the side. i ate a light lunch so im saving up some points for dinner and a drink or two.
