same old same old

hi everyone!

not much to write, wanted to check in. i did 50 mins on the treadmill today (hills) and yesterday i ran 25 minutes and walked 15. so far the exercise has been good and the eating has been even better.

scale is down this morning, let's see what happens friday.

off to have a drink with my coworker and watch project runway. have a good night!! :)
