day 4 of the gym: complete!

workout accomplished: 35 min cardio, 25 min strength training & abs

note to self: keep this up, it feels good

note to scale: come on buddy, move! ~ trying not to focus on the number but it hasn't budged lately, it's frustrating. oh well.
