I went to the gym yesterday for 1/3 days. None today.
Catch up darlin! I've got 4 under my belt for this week so far and I'm headingback for more tonight. I'm in for the exercise challenge. I want to hit the gym 5 times a week and if I have to miss, I'll do some kind of exercise at home. We can do this. I need to getinto shape for those weddings!Don't forget Grey's and ER tonight...I wonder if the Office is new too???
