I'm not sure where I heard it, but I've always heard that Splenda was ok and didn't have any of the bad stuff Aspartame has. Unfortunately diet coke is not Splenda. and I don't know about Crystal Light. But I make homemade crystal light with kool-aid and splenda. But that's sort of a scary article.
